We used 1 medium pumpkin and gained about 200 seeds.
Preheat your oven at 325 degrees.
Place the seeds in a colander and rinse off the pulp.
Place the seeds in boiling salt water for ten minutes. This causes them to cook evenly.
Butter up your baking sheet. Place the seeds on the pan and spread them out.
Shake some salt on those seeds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven. Let them cool for five minutes before popping them into your mouth!!
